Affordable Housing Care Program

Our Affordable Housing Care Program (AHCP) brings subsidized home care to seniors living in government-funded and community housing across Ontario.
Every premium care plan our clients choose helps fund reduced-rate visits for a senior who couldn't otherwise afford them — keeping more Ontario seniors safe at home and out of hospital.
